Peyman S. Zand Profile
A 20-year veteran of the industry, Peyman has assisted senior executives of fortune 100 companies, governments and educational institutions achieve tremendous results in reaching their vision. Peyman has managed multi-million dollar global programs that range from information technology projects to community and economic development programs. Peyman served as a Global Director and a Divisional CIO for The Dow Chemical Company from 2002 to 2009 before leaving to build Applied Vision Group. Before working at Dow, Peyman established the self-funded Office of Project Management for the government of the State of Michigan to tackle the state's most complex projects. Prior to that, Peyman held a number of senior level positions with Educational Institutions and started an Application Development Company.
In his career, Peyman has managed a number of high profile projects, including the acquisition of a professional baseball team, the building of a state-of-the-art stadium and the multi-million dollar renovation of the prestigious H hotel as part of the Midland community development project. Peyman also has managed a number of multi-million dollar global portfolios including Application Development, Environment, Health & Safety, Research & Development and Corporate Real Estate to name a few.Peyman holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Computational Mathematics and Engineering from MichiganStateUniversity and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
Heidi SaidiZand Profile With over 15 years of experience in managing complex projects and programs within healthcare and insurance industries, Heidi has dedicated her professional career in assisting organizations reach their goals by implementing projects successfully.
Heidi served as a project manager for Accident Fund Insurance Company from 1996 to 2002 delivering their multi-million dollar claims and underwriting systems upgrade on-time and budget and to the delight of the company senior executives.Prior to that, she assisted Sparrow Hospital of Lansing, Michigan on variety of key Information Technology projects.Since 2002 Heidi has served as the business development coordinator for Midland Chamber of Commerce and has volunteered for variety of community projects.
Heidi holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mathematics and Chemistry from Michigan State University.
